How your part is made

  1. Send details

    Model, year, part number, measurements and photos of the break from several sides, ideally with calipers in the shot.

  2. Review

    We check whether the part can be rebuilt sensibly and get back to you with an honest assessment and a quote.

  3. Design

    CAD model and test print. Weak spots of the original get reinforced where possible.

  4. Delivery

    The printed part shipped to you, or the STEP and STL files by email. Customers in Germany get the first piece free as a fit test.

What we don't make

  • Nothing that protects you or others: brakes, steering, seat belts, airbags, seat mounts.
  • No parts that are cheap to buy new or used.
  • No logos or emblems.
